Over the past two decades, he has worked with large complex organizations such as Alfa Laval, AstraZeneca, Electrolux, Elekta, Ericsson, Fresenius, H&M, Husqvarna, Saab, Scania, Siemens, and Telia.

With his colleagues at Amplify, Gunnar has also been instrumental in developing the international standards for Innovation Management, ISO 56000. Gunnar’s vision is that every individual, organization, and society has the will and capability to renew these.
